Shipping policy

Orders placed in:

  • United States:
    • Paid shipping (2-5 days): Paid (calculated at checkout)
  • Canada & Australia:
    • Standard Shipping (12-15 days): FREE

*Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of recipient and fulfillment center used.

*Note: For pre-orders, the stock arrival date is clearly stated on the product page.

None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country. Weekends and holidays are excluded—business days only are counted.

Processing Times

We want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Orders take between 1-3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number.

Delivery

Depending on your area most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be in your regular mail. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected. 

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you have not received your item and it says delivered please contact us at valueventureshk@gmail.com and we will do our best to investigate.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.

Delivery to Special Locations

We do not deliver to the following types of locations:

  • PO Boxes
  • Locker Boxes
  • Freight Forwarding Addresses
  • Hotels
  • Stores
  • Temporary Accommodation
  • Military Bases or APO/FPO addresses
  • Storage Facilities

We only deliver to valid residential or business addresses. We might be able to deliver to a special location, but there is no guarantee.

If an order is placed with one of these locations as the delivery address, and we are unable to fulfill the delivery, it will be the customer's responsibility. By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to this policy. Any costs incurred due to failed delivery to an invalid or special location will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
