Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by state laws.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it right away to get it to you faster. For that reason, we're unable to cancel or modify orders after they've been submitted. Please take a moment to review your cart before checking out.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with all the details. If you don't see it, check your spam folder—and if it's still missing, just email us.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—we offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes about 4–8 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future—stay tuned!
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way. You can also check your order status on our website.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is running late or seems lost, email us at support@lioray.com with your order number. We'll look into it and work with the carrier to get things sorted out.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely happy, just let us know.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@lioray.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you all the details you need.
What items can be returned?
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. If an item comes back to us worn or damaged, we won't be able to issue a refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns (like if you changed your mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover it.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done. Refunds typically appear on your statement within a few days, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. But you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you'd prefer.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If something arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@lioray.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right—whether that's a replacement or a full refund, with return shipping on us.

We recommend checking our size guide for detailed measurements. If you're still unsure, email us—we're happy to help you find the right fit.
Are your products true to size?
Most of our pieces fit true to size based on standard US sizing. For specific items, check the product description for any fit notes.
How do I care for my Lioray pieces?
Each product includes care instructions on its label. In general, we recommend gentle washing and avoiding high heat to keep your pieces looking their best.
